| The fuel system is one of the most important (and overlooked) components in any high power application. Many engine upgrades have suffered from poor performance (or worse) because this system is neglected. A clean constant supply of fuel, at a consistent flow and pressure, is required for optimium performance without engine damage. Any engine subjected to insufficient fuel supply will quickly destroy itself, and often some other component failure will be blamed. Every part of the fuel system, from tank to return line, MUST BE CAPABLE OF MAXIMUM FLOW REQUIREMENTS!! |
| Custom fuel injector rails are machined to suit almost any application. Fabricated from aluminium extrusion, with bore sizes from 12mm up to a huge 20mm, these rails will flow enough fuel for almost any engine. The finished item can be polished, anodised, painted or powdercoated. We can manufacture a custom rail including mounts and end fittings to suit your particular application. We also supply and manufacture fuel lines and hoses for any application. Aluminium tubing, stainless braided hoses, and high pressure rubber hose are stocked, as well as hose ends and adapters to suit. |
| Clean & correctly sized injectors are vital for maximum performance. MAD Power can flow test, clean, & check spray patterns of your injectors. This will ensure they will deliver the fuel your engine requires to operate at maximum performance. Fuel pump systems can be tested on our pump dyno, checking flow rates at various pressures and voltages. All test results are recorded and analysed to ensure the system will meet your needs. |
